Upon confirmation of your order, payment can be made.
Unless customer has informed us in advance, all orders that are not followed by payment within 3 days will be taken as a cancellation from customers. Please take note that we will only process order after we receive the payment.
We accept payments via local bank transfer. After confirming your order, transfer the total amount to the POSB Savings account number which you will see at the end of your transaction.

Items sold cannot be refunded nor exchanged. We will inspect items before posting out. Exchanges are only considered for prominent manufacturer's defects and must be received within 1 week from date of dispatch of your order. And postage charges for all exchange to be borne by buyer.
Below are few reasons are not considered as defects :
1. Personal dislike, change of mind after purchase;
2. Minor thread fray ends, wrinkles,slight mis-alignment of seams;
3. Minor stains (especially on light colour clothes) eg. stains no larger than a ten-cent coin;
4. Sizing or cutting of clothes issues (clothes do not fit).
Because of different computer monitor, the color of the actual products might be a little bit different from the pictures. We assure you that our products are in good condition before we send it out to our customers.

Currently we are only an online shop. We do not have any physical boutique yet.

For items are in stock, normally the delivery within Singapore will take about 2-4 working days.
4. CAN I REFUND OR CHANGE THE ITEMS THAT ARE NOT SUITABLE FOR ME?
No, we do not entertain any refund or exchange unless it is damaged item or your item is out of stock by our mistake. Please refer to our Exchange/Returns policy.
5. DO YOU HAVE OTHER COLORS FOR THIS ITEM?
We do not have other colours for the items unless it is stated on the website. |
